Continuing on our programs are designed to prepare children for the next phase of their educational journey. Our Kindergarten program which moves into the Kidz Rock Building is a stepping stone towards school readiness and academic success. Our Wilderkidz Program is a unique offering that allows children to explore, discover, and learn in an outdoor classroom with no walls. Through exciting excursions, engaging activities, and hands-on experiences, we provide children with an enriching and immersive journey into the wonders of the natural world.
We trade traditional classroom walls for the vastness of nature. Children have the opportunity to learn and play in natural environments such as parks, nature reserves, and gardens. Surrounded by the beauty of trees, plants, and wildlife, they engage in a truly immersive learning experience.
We take children on exciting excursions to various locations, such as creeks, local libraries, Bunnings, and community centers. These outings provide unique learning opportunities as children explore different environments, interact with community members, and engage in hands-on activities related to nature and sustainability.
The Wilderkidz Program encourages children to develop a deep appreciation and understanding of the natural world. Through guided exploration, they learn about various aspects of nature, including bugs, snakes, trees, clouds, and the fascinating cycle of life. Our educators provide age-appropriate information and encourage children to ask questions, make observations, and engage in discussions about their natural surroundings.
The WIlderkidz Program instills a sense of environmental stewardship in children. We teach them the importance of caring for and respecting the natural world.
